Animal care
Hands-on care, responsibility and therapeutic interaction.
Our provision
P.L.O.T. combines accredited learning with vocational, outdoor and therapeutic experiences. The mix is broad because engagement begins in different places for different young people.
A connected offer
The aim is not simply to keep a young person busy. Each activity creates opportunities to develop knowledge, communication, self-management, responsibility, resilience and a clearer sense of what might come next.
Programmes are shaped around need, readiness, interests and agreed outcomes. Activities, qualifications and support should connect into one understandable journey.
